Look forward to a relaxing holiday in this rustic holiday home, which is enthroned high above the Drau Valley and impresses with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and river landscape. The cosy furnishings with lots of wood and a tiled stove create a warm atmosphere that invites you to relax. Whether on the sunny terrace or by the crackling fireplace, here you can switch off and enjoy nature to the full.

Wonderful hikes and cycle tours along the Drau start directly from the house. In summer, refreshing lakes such as the Faaker See or Millstätter See beckon, while in the cold season the Gerlitzen Alpe offers perfect conditions for winter sports. Families can visit the Puch natural swimming pool or explore Landskron Castle with its bird of prey show. A highlight for anglers: the 13 km long fishing water with an abundance of fish. Here in Weißenstein you will find the perfect mix of active holidays and relaxation.

Please note: The last 300 metres of gravel road are very steep, access to the house is only possible with an off-road vehicle or four-wheel drive. Halfway before the last steep section there is an additional car park for one car, from there it is another 150 m to the house, which can then be covered on foot.

    “Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, hat mit heutigem Standard nichts zu tun. Anfahrt zum Haus teilweise unmöglich (Schotterweg, Wiese) mit Geländewagen bzw. Allrad möglich aber nicht empfohlen, man fährt sich das Auto kaputt. Parkplätze bzw. Beleuchtung nicht vorhanden. Keine Wendemöglichkeiten.     “Huset ligger dejligt fredeligt. Det ligger på en "naturgrund" d.v.s. der slås ikke græs ret ofte og der er mange brændenælder, så det måske ikke er noget for børn.
    Det ville være rart, hvis der i det ene hjørne blev ryddet og sat et bænkesæt, så man kunne nyde morgensolen.
    Der er ikke, hvad man forstår ved vandrestier lige udenfor døren, der er grusveje fra traktorer o.l., men de kan bruges.
    Forklaring fra Novasol med nøgleudlevering var forkert, der stod vi ville få nøglen udleveret ved huset, og vi havde skrevet mail at vi ville komme kl. 17.00. Da vi ringede til Martin Possegger, viste det sig at vi skulle hente nøglen i hans Gasthaus zum Wird, han var HELT UFORSTÅENDE overfor, at han skulle komme med den = dårlig start.
    Heldigvis mødte vi Frau Bär, der gør rent i huset og lånte hendes nøgle i ugen.
    Huset er pænt og rent.”
