A holiday apartment with a balcony and a shared swimming pool, in the seaside town De Haan
This residential complex consists of a number of villas each with 14 apartments. The location is central in De Haan, a ten-minute walk from the sea. The apartment is on the second floor, which is the top floor, of one of the houses.
It is a comfortably and tastefully furnished apartment for two people, with around 60m2 of living space comprising a living room with an open kitchen, a separate toilet, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway. You enter the apartment into the hallway with a wardrobe and access to the other rooms. The living room provides seating, cable TV with a DVD and CD player a dining table and access to the balcony. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bedroom is furnished with two box spring single beds (80 x 200cm). The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a mirror and a window. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment has electric heating.
The living room opens onto a balcony, which faces south-east and is furnished with a table and two chairs. From here you have a good view of the greenery and the houses in the area. The garden on the complex is for the shared use of residents. The complex has a heated swimming pool with a children’s pool. It is surrounded by greenery and can be used free of charge during the summer months only, of course also dependent on the weather. There are parking spaces about 200 metres from the apartment.
The house has a lift. You can use a washing machine and dryer about 300 metres away. It is 500 metres to bicycle hire. The apartment is only rented out by the week.
