This holiday house is in part of the Fröseke area, near the River Alsterån and right by a child-friendly swimming lake.

The ground floor of the 90m² house has a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, as well as modern electric appliances such as a microwave, toaster, fridge and stove. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. The house has a bathroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, and a bedroom with a double bed (160m wide) and a single bed (90cm wide). The upper floor has a bedroom with a bunk bed (80cm wide) and a children’s bed (70 x 140cm), and a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm wide) that can be built up as a bunk bed (80cm wide), as well as a separate bed and child’s bed (70 x 140cm), the other bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide) that can be built up as a bunk bed, providing space for an additional guest bed. There are two storage rooms and a balcony. The house can be heated with electric radiators or with the fireplace, wood-burning stove and air conditioning. There is also a washing machine with a 50-litre boiler for hot water.

The living room has a back door opening onto the little terrace and the garden with a grill area. Dogs are welcome at the house.

In the immediate vicinity you can find a range of sports and leisure options, such as cycling, jogging, walking, hiking, swimming, fishing, rowing boat trips, gathering mushrooms and berries. You can also visit leisure parks such as the Astrid Lindgren World or elk parks. In the little town of Kosta you can blow glass yourself, go shopping or visit museums or flea markets.

    “Es ist ein traditionelles typisches altes knarrziges Schwedisches Holzhaus mit allem was man braucht. Die Bilder beschreiben das Haus sehr gut. Wir waren im Winter über den Jahreswechsel zu Gast ,mit 2 Kleinfamilien inklusive Hund. Wir konnten uns gut im Haus bewegen da es sehr geräumig ist. Das Haus ließ sich gut heizen,mit Kamin, Klimaanlage und Elektro Heizungen. Wer wert auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten und Ausstattung legt, dem wird es eventuell nicht gefallen. Das Haus ist im Ortskern gelegen,in Sichtweite zum Fluß. Die Badestellen sind auf kurzem Wege zu erreichen. Im Sommer sehr von Vorteil.
    Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und spazieren ein im Sommer zum Baden und angeln auf dem See.
    Wir wurden von der Besitzerin sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet.”

    “Wir waren voll zufrieden. Es ist ein älteres Haus mit Charme, aber die Bilder entsprechen voll der Realität. Der Preis ist auch ushlagbar und die Vermieterin ist super nett. Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.”
