Hoog gelegen en goed onderhouden vakantiehuis met uitzicht op een vijver. Vloerverwarming op de begane grond en de slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping, boven een ruimtebesparende trap. Met een hoog dak, balkenplafond, kristalle kroonluchter en vloer in massief eiken is de keuken ingericht. Badkamer met overal tegels, wasmachine en droger. Mooie tuin, terras, houten overkapping. Zwemmen van de brug in de vijver mogelijk. Kindvriendelijk zwemmen op ongeveer 1200 m. De boot ligt in het meer Varmen, en het meer Allgunnen ligt ernaast, met zeer goede vismogelijkheden. Bezoek Astrid Lindgren's wereld, Kleva Gruva en het Nationaal Park Store Mosse. 300 m tot S05199. Niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen.
