Luxurious villa on two floors with a pool, balcony with sea view, and an open fireplace

This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with a swimming pool is in quiet and natural surroundings, with a fabulous view of the islands and the sea.

There is a big balcony with a sea view and there is a private pool. Three car parking spaces are available.

The ground floor has a big living and dining room with an open fireplace and everything you could wish for. From here you can access the highly modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are five bedrooms, each with a double bed. The designer bathroom has a shower and WC.

The modern villa was built in 2013 in Duce Rogac, Dalmatia, and is ideal for longer and relaxing stays. Duce Rogac lies centrally in Dalmatia and is therefore a very good starting point for getting to know this region. A visit to the nearest town of Omis, just 2.5km away, has a lot to offer all age groups, including entertainment. Visit the pirate fortification in Omis, treat yourself to a rafting adventure on the Cetina River, hike in breathtaking surroundings, make the most of climbing opportunities, go diving, go fishing for your dinner, or relax on the beautiful sandy beaches that adorn the coast from Omis to Duce Rogac. It is recommended to go on a day trip to Split, the largest town in Dalmatia and also a cultural metropolis with its fabulous historic centre, or Makarska with the most beautiful beaches in Croatia and a breathtaking hilly landscape.
