Exceptional artist's estate in Provence   Between Avignon (20km), St Rémy (15km) and Arles (10km) lies the medieval town of Tarascon, only a short distance from Les-Beaux-de-Provence and the Camargue.   The property consists of a large "Mas" from the 17th century and a small new Mas - total living space 800 m2. In addition, a swimming pool (14 m long) usable from mid-May to the end of September, a winter garden with Jacuzzi (October to mid-May), a summer kitchen with barbecue and a bathroom outside.     The park (1 ha) has a pond, a water basin surrounded by trees and plants, exotic plants and scattered sculptures.   This exceptional place has a beautiful collection of contemporary and primitive art.   Although only 1/4 hour walk from the city center and the medieval castle of King René, this place is completely quiet (apart from the mating season of the frogs!...). Ideally located for walks, bike rides and horseback rides.   Every Tuesday is market day with attractive offers and cultural visits and festivals (Avignon, Arles) take place.
