The holiday apartment combines modern elegance with traditional elements, featuring local Swiss pine wood that adds a distinctive touch. The open kitchen is contemporary in design and equipped with high-quality appliances. The cozy dining nook with a corner bench, table, and chairs provides a relaxed dining experience.

From the living room, you can enjoy an impressive view of the picturesque Engadin mountain landscape. The apartment offers both TV and internet access. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a third full bed that can be set up as needed. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

A garage parking space is included with the apartment, and an elevator in the building makes access easy. Laundry facilities are available, as well as a ski and bike room with a ski boot warmer and a lockable cabinet.

Chesa Chalcherin, a Minergie residential building from 2009, is located in a quiet area close to the Marguns cable car and the ski school. The train station and various shopping options are also within easy walking distance.
