Still waters run deep as does Villa Varna, which at first glance looks like just another townhouse, but definitely has more to offer than meets the eye. At the rear of the house, an outdoor area stretches out in front of a red exterior wall, offering an idyllic terrace landscape with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay under the Mallorcan sun. Sun loungers, for example, can easily be rolled onto the artificial turf or the tiled terrace and it is entirely up to you whether you want to use the sun's energy directly or filter it using a sunshade. There is also an exquisite space under the pavilion where a soft corner sofa awaits you, where you can enjoy a cool drink while watching the children splash around in the kidney-shaped pool or look forward to your next dip in the water. The chill-out area on the ground floor can be seen from above, from the airy height of the radiant balcony area with dining table and another stylish white outdoor sofa. If you like, draw the curtains and enjoy even more privacy; if not, you can enjoy some fantastic views of the city and perhaps daydream a little. Hearty barbecue specialities are quickly prepared from the gas grill on the ground floor, so you can enjoy fine Mediterranean specialities while enjoying the view and the feeling of being in the middle of the city. And the table football set is patiently waiting for an exciting game or two, which you can kick off whenever you feel like it.
What about the interior of Varna? Bet it's worth a look! Although there are no separate living units, the two-storey accommodation offers a degree of privacy, which is extremely rare in this type of villa, especially in an urban environment. The theme of white is echoed in the modern design of the interior and is spiced up with accent colours such as black, brown and red. The pictures speak for themselves, so let's let them do just that. Downstairs, there's plenty of space for six people: Kitchen, living/dining room, three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds) and a bathroom; Two more bedrooms (with double beds) are located upstairs; An additional kitchen and another living/dining room provide extra space for everyone. As you may have realised, this house is ideal for a large group of individuals or for two families! You may need a good argument if you want to make the highlight of the house your own: the master bedroom with a brown and white open-plan en-suite bathroom, the centrepiece of which is a whirlpool bath. But the other brown bathroom or the slate-coloured one with the iconic glass brick wall are also perfect for freshening up.
In our opinion, this villa offers perfect conditions for an uncompromisingly immaculate holiday that meets all requirements; Capdepera itself is a small old town whose landmark is the 13th century castle. The villa is located in the centre of the town and on one of the town's typical streets, so you can quickly reach the coast. This means that the holiday resort of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour promenade can be reached in around five minutes. Here you will also find two beaches, the completely undeveloped and unspoilt Cala Agulla on the northern edge and Platja Son Moll directly in the town. Both have fine sand and a pleasantly shallow entrance into the sea. Other natural beaches such as Cala Torta and Cala Mesquida are also just a short drive from the villa. The medieval town of Artà (approx. 9 km) has also managed to retain its authentic character, so you will find an active small town life as well as numerous shopping facilities and good restaurants even in winter. Stay right in Capdepera! In the stylish townhouse Varna you can enjoy a city feeling with mountain views in combination with an excellent strategic location: within walking distance to various shops for daily needs, a few minutes by car to Cala Ratjada, only 2.5 km away, where you will find bars, restaurants and, in addition to other shopping facilities, a beautiful beach promenade; and then it is less than 2 km to the nearest beach!
