The spectacular Villa Port Nou is a modern house with incredible sea views, located in the north-eastern part of the island, close to the beach of Port Nou. In this unique location, you can enjoy the gentle sounds and winds of the sea at any time of day. The outdoor area presents itself as a well-kept garden with a private pool, which is easily accessible via a Roman-style staircase and can be covered for the little ones with children. Here you can enjoy swimming in the pool to the full and leave your thoughts of everyday life far behind. A row of small tamarind trees forms a natural border between the end of the property and the beach, without detracting from the naturalness of the area or the sea view. For cosy, relaxing moments, there are several relaxing sun loungers and a parasol at your disposal. Thanks to the already prepared barbecue, you can enjoy evening barbecues. There is a lovely dining table for six people on the covered terrace by the house, so you can enjoy culinary dinners with a fantastic sea view on warm summer evenings. This is also a perfect place for breakfast. The covered terrace and garden exude a charm and flair that could have come straight out of a design catalogue. We are sure that everyone will want to spend time in this area and enjoy the calming atmosphere. It is true that road noise can be heard outside the villa, as the road from Cala Bona to Costa de los Pinos is very close by. By the pool, however, it is nice and quiet. The property has private access to the natural beach. This part of the beach is completely quiet and hardly frequented.

The house has been designed in an avant-garde style and at the same time blends in perfectly with its surroundings. The sand-coloured façade and silver window recesses emphasise the simplicity of the property's architectural style and harmonise wonderfully with the colours of the beach. The 355 m² of living space extends over three floors and is suitable for six people. The interior is not only contemporary, but also pleasantly inviting, minimalist and well thought out down to the last detail. The result is an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. With large windows, direct access to the terrace and unrivalled views of the infinity pool, the garden and the sea, a spacious, well-lit living/dining room offers you an extremely comfortable sofa area where you can relax for as long as your heart desires. Here you can lose yourself in a stimulating conversation or a book, or sit back and be entertained by one of your favourite films thanks to the large flat-screen TV with satellite connection. On chilly evenings, you can rely on the cosy warmth of the fireplace for added contentment and well-being. The original antique wood dining table is perfect for an elegant, sophisticated group meal indoors. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a kettle and a Goteo and Nespresso machine. On the first floor you will find two elegant double bedrooms, each with two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds. The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, the second with a shower and a Turkish bath. Both bedrooms have large windows offering divine views. In the master suite on the second floor, a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m awaits guests seeking peace and quiet. This room has large panoramic windows with simply spectacular sea views and direct access to a spacious terrace. A bathroom with sauna and shower completes the luxurious upper floor. The view from the roof terrace gives you a magnificent view of the sea, several kilometres of coastline and the hinterland of the east coast of Mallorca. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi for your comfort, as well as an iron and hairdryer, so you don't have to waste valuable luggage space by bringing your own luggage from home.

In addition to the stunning features, the location and views of this villa are truly unique, as you can clearly see from the description and photos of the property. Cala Bona is right next door and can be reached on foot or by bike. The holiday resorts of Cala Millor (3 km), Cala Rajada (16 km), Canyamel (12 km) or Artà (14 km) are just a few minutes' drive away. During the tourist season, these coastal resorts offer a wide range of water sports activities.

The impressive Villa Port Nou is located as close as possible to the sea and offers pure relaxation and comfort. In Cala Millor (3 km) you will find restaurants and shopping facilities as well as an extensive sandy beach. For golf enthusiasts, there are four golf courses to choose from within a radius of just 20 kilometres. Natural beaches such as Sa Marjal and Es Ribell are just two of the beautiful beaches that the east coast has to offer.
