The apartment is located in Vienna's most famous recreation area between the beautiful green Vienna Danube bank and Donauinsel, which offers an impressive environment, is right next to the Alte Donau and 1-2 minutes away from the U1 station. Here is the perfect location to enjoy outdoor activities.

The city center (Stephansplatz) is only 10 minutes away by subway. This delightful 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a new building is right next to the UNO-City (Vienna International Center), the Austria Center Vienna conference center and the DC Tower as well as Vienna's largest shopping center - Donauzentrum with the Cineplexx (the Donauzentrum with adjoining restaurant area is the largest shopping center and entertainment center in Vienna.

This beautiful modern apartment on the Old Danube Bank is suitable for up to 4 people, whether they are family, relatives or friends. The apartment is approx. 50 sqm in size and has a 10 sqm balcony, a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped modern kitchenette. The new fully equipped apartment with air conditioning, underfloor heating, café machine and fast (100MB) WiFi. It offers every comfort (large, comfortable king-size hotel bed, self check-in). We have a very comfortable double bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking. It offers: a stove, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. The apartment is simply furnished with loving details. The air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days. The underfloor heating provides a warm comfortable feel in winter. You can enjoy the water views or just go for a swim at the Old Danube that flows just around the corner.

The balcony is equipped with garden furniture.

There is a car parking space in the underground car park of the house for free use.

A beautiful public open-air pool is a 5-minute walk away, as are supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. There are extensive leisure facilities such as: biking, boat tours, jogging and very good restaurants nearby. Another attraction of the area is the Donau-Park with a 170 m high revolving restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of the whole of Vienna.
