The two apartments each have 2 king size bedroom (each with one 180x200cm bed), living room, kitchen (fridge, oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and two bathrooms (one with shower, double sink, toilet and bidet, and the other with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet).Centralized heating and cooling for a comfortable stay in every season.Wifi throughout the apartment and garden
Villa is positioned at the end of a very quiet street and directly on the lagoon. It's accessible by boat to the private dock in the property. Very convenient to reach Lido center (8 min walk) and from there San Marco and Venice (15 min boat). Lido beach is a short walk away (600m).
