The CASA FAR NIENTE is an original Ticino mountain house made of natural stone, which consists of an old half from the 17th century and a "new" part from 1873, plus the addition of a staircase in 1948. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room (6 dining places) and bathroom, on the first floor via a covered external staircase there is a living room with a pull-out couch and a double room, on the second floor via a separate staircase there are two double rooms. On both the first and second floors there is 1 WC in the stairwell. The Casa far Niente is situated on the upper edge of Motta on a slight slope, approx. 70 m from the bus stop, car park approx. 200 m away. A granite wall shields the forecourt from the front neighbour, to the right and behind is the "green zone", which may not be built on. The only road in the valley is below, there is no traffic noise, only the sound of the Verzasca can be heard. All rooms have exposed beams, reduced interior height on the first and second floors. All rooms can be entered separately, except the dining room, kitchen and shower on the ground floor and the living room with one of the bedrooms on the first floor are connected. Balcony on the 1st and 2nd floor - you can sit, eat and barbecue in the forecourt as well as on the sun terrace. The property is partially fenced. I would like to point out that it is only conditionally suitable for small children. The staircases are equipped with safety bars, but small children should only enter and explore the stairs and the property under supervision.
