The apartment is in a prime location, just a few steps from the beach & promenade. Whether you are longing for a romantic weekend for two or planning an extended relaxing stay, this accommodation offers the ideal starting point to experience Travemünde.

This cozy & stylish-maritime accommodation offers you all the amenities for a carefree stay. The modern kitchen invites you to cook, while the open-plan living area with park view/partial sea view creates an inviting atmosphere. The balcony invites you to relax.
Newly renovated (2020), modern in maritime style flat 44sqm. The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no lift in the apartment complex. Kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maschine, dishwasher, toaster, baking oven, stove, living and dining room slightly divided from the sleeping area, big double bed (1,80 x 2,00m-separate mattresses), sofabed (1,40 x 2,00m), TV, radio, WLAN, iron, bathroom with walk in shower, WC.

Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 69.00 (is in the total already included).
You can get to the bike cellar through the staircase to the basement, through a door and then straight ahead through another door (with apartment key). However, this is usually already very full and there is no guarantee of free spaces. Outside parking spaces are located by the residual waste garbage cans. Out of the building entrance turn left and then immediately left again. Alternatively, guests can park their bikes against the wall in the underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Of course, this must not interfere with parked cars.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

    “Ort und Strand sind sehr gut und es findet sich immer wieder ein Strandkorb. Positiv: Travemünde ist eine Reise wert. Negativ: Es gibt in ganz Travemünde keinen Ort wo man
    Sein Gepäck unterbringen kann wenn man mit dem Zug anreist und erst später ins Appartment
    Kommt oder später wieder zurück fährt.”
