Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem großen Ferienhaus in einer absoluten Alleinlage im Bayerischen Wald
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Wohnraum mit Holzofen sowie Badezimmer. Im 1. OG sind zwei Doppelbettzimmer sowie eine Toilette. Im Dachgeschoss noch ein Mehrbettzimmer.
Eine Terrasse mit Holzkohlegrill lädt an lauen Abenden zum Relaxen ein. Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf dem 4500 qm großen Grundstück noch ein Naturbadeteich.
Die Anfahrt zum Ferienobjekt erfolgt über eine Straße mit ca. 16% Steigung wofon die letzten 300 m Schotterweg sind. Dies sollte bei der Beladung des PKW berücksichtigt werden. Vor allem in den Wintermonaten sollte das berücksichtigt werden.
