    “Ausstattung des Hauses ist zeckmäßig und funktionell.
    Einrichtung ist massiv und mit älteren aber massiv und gut erhaltenen Möbeln ausgestattet.
    Nach einigen Startproblemchen am ersten Tag die sofort von dem Personal im Ortsansässigen Büro zu unserer zufriedenheit behoben wurden konnte der Urlaub beginnen.
    Naturbelassener Garten war o.K.
    Mann sollte aber darauf achten das er nicht zu sehr zuwächst.
    Außengrill vorhanden aber nicht zu Benutzen ohne eine gründlcihe überholung und freischneiden von
    Gestrüpp (Naturbelassen!).
    Beleuchtung in Küche zu dunkel. Geschirr und Besteck in außreichender Menge und allen Variationen
    vorhanden.
    Lage des Hauses:
    Ruhig und optimal gelegen zum Strand max.1km
    Für spaziergänge im Wald mit Hund optimal,mit schönen Wanderwegen im Kiefernwald und hinter der Düne. Entfernung zum Wald 500 m.
    Ort Mimizan :
    Ort hat gute Infrastruktur mit guten Lokalitäten mit vernüftigem Preis Leistung verhältniss.
    Großer Supermarkt Le Clerk mit dem Auto ca.8Km.
    Vorsaison bis Mitte Juni ruhig und gemütlcih.
    Hauptsaison für Leute die Trubel und Aktion wollen gut”
